ImmBio’s portfolio has been selected to achieve a balance position for the company by:

• Utilizing the technological advantages of HspCs in being able to efficiently deliver multiple antigens, where the importance or identification of specific antigens may not be known or is subject to rapid shift (particularly RNAi viruses)
• Utilizing ImmunoBodies™ where a single or limited number of antigens have been identified or where there may be the need to rapidly develop a product against new pathogenic threat
• Opens up the opportunity of using HspCs as a prime and then follow on with an ImmunoBody-based boost, to mirror the course of infection, clearance and creation of immunological memory
• Addressing significant unmet healthcare needs (or potential need) exists due to inadequacies of current products, new development pipelines are thin and the Epidemiology and economics militate towards the “blockbuster” potential, hence where interest in licensing is strong
• Utilizing the pool of development, regulatory and manufacturing knowledge to minimize risk, cost and development duration. For example, in areas where there are acknowledged relevant animal models, where there are known markers of protection, where human studies – at least early stage – can be readily be set up and where regularly authorities have working knowledge.
